I usually tell my dates on first date that I like MMF sex or other configuration. I tell them about my experiences and ask if this is something that would interest them.

You juts need to get rid of your Catholic gilt, open your month and say the words. That is it. You would be surprised to see how many ladies are intrigued by it. Never heard a bad thing from my dates about it.

For us it started with Steve trying to get Tina into porn but was pretty slow. After a while she really did start to enjoy it and through that we saw some videos of swinging and tina really got into the idea of girl on girl and swinging and trying different things like that. I am always surprised by this question. Surely when you're in a relationship you talk to each other, and while im bed you experiment and talk and fantasise. Sometimes the fantasies lead to explosive sex with each other and you talk some more and start experimenting! In other words it's natural progression. If one or the other has been involved in the lifestyle before, then you have experience to draw on which you can share with your partner. If you aren't having creative exploring sex where you bring fantasies and/or toys and pornography and dressing up into the bedroom, then you're either with the wrong partner or maybe swinging isn't for you. It's about fantasy, experimentation and above all trust. It's not something you blurt out over Sunday lunch and say i want to invite my friend into our bed! Swinging isn't sex for the sake of it. That's one night stands. A very different scenario. Get talking, and your options are limitless.
