Ya I do try to eat properly but my Appetite is never the best . Even more so when I'm stressed . I'm starting small this week , breakfast every morning instead of the usual smoke and a coffee or two or three

I run my own fitness and personal training business. PM me if you like. Diet seems the be the biggest achilles heal with everyone. I can motivate and train them and give them meal plans but I cant feed them!!

What i meant was size does'nt in fitness as it is a number of different type fitness. Example you can have a heavy person with amazing heart and lungs and a good core but they might not look it . Sorry if my shallow joke upset you
