Hi all

Any body ever return anything to lovehoney

Buying a few bits but want to return if she doesn't like or not fit right.

Does the free post lable say LOVEHONEY in huge writing so that the discretion is gone when I bring back to post?

I had to return something last week. Customer service was great and no the label didn't say anything about love honey. Only complaint was I wanted a replacement and because of a technical error they refunded me instead but I got an email from them straight away explaining this and they held the replacement for me until I contacted them. They even applied the discount I used the first time I purchased it. Big

If it bothers you that much OP, take the returns to a post office other than your local one.
