Wtf! I never installed this f***g software. Where does it come from? Don't want it , don't need it, kept on popping up. It's like a fabber who can't take a no for a no. I blocked it now.

Anyone came across this pushing software?

Make sure you've removed it from add ons if you're on a laptop or pc. Doesnt quite hack passwords, but fairly intrusive on privacy

It's actually not a virus...It a program that helps with online form filling but it's used to generate advertising. Has been known to be used to get personal information too.

News websites were accused of using a similar type program. Its easily removed, but really you should do it asap

Thanks lads. I got rid of it at the moment. Orbit uninstaller did the job, but might have to look closer at it tomorrow when my head isn't fried. Too tired now.

Virus was a layman term, malware if you're getting technical!!!

Best off removing all traces of it in any case OP!

quite liked Roman,felt ancient and Russian at the same time

That one is a bit more complex, if mine doesn't work, then I'd do the more thorough deletion that you suggested.

Also DH it might be useful to install AdBlock browser. Stops a lot of nonsense getting through but not all. Google are supposed to be adding similar functionality to Chrome soon but I don't think it's there yet.
