being a guy with a fit body i dont do it for anyone else. its mainly for me. for me to stay fit and healthy as i play sport and want to perform at my best. but they say being fit gives u a fighting chance to over come any health problems one might have. so as alot of women here are saying they dont mind about the body size i salute u. because ye clearly looking past that and it seems personality is the key!!

Apparently, Tyler Durden's physique (google it!) slams all other male body types when it comes to the broad Women's conscensus - and it's pretty safe to say that particular physique isn't a Dad bod, so I guess it heavily depends on the demographic!

Perhaps women carry two preferences 1. the 'ideal' physique to look at & 2. the ideal physique to physically get naked with!
