the Italians are not great when it comes to breakfast, therefore it's always 'un caffè e un brioche'

"Oh does that acv work, I'll seen so many ads etc saying how good it makes you feel, how do you find it?"

Yeah it works. It is great for your skin and hair as a diluted wash, just mix with water and put on your skin leave for a min and wash off.

Its great for your digestion. It creates the right acidic levels in your tummy, it kills bad bacteria and fungus in your mouth/throat and is loaded with vitamins and minerals that help good bacteria grow.

It's also proven to cut fat, the full reason why it does so isnt understood, its thought it works in multiple ways. Binding to fat and boosting metabolism.

Great stuff if you can man up and drink it. Once youre used to it, its fine.

I'd love to see the studies.

I suspect there's a fair bit of conjecture. Does it cure cancer too?

Yes it's very good,2 or 3 weeks drinking it everyday and you will feel and see the improvement (digestion and skin)

It does not cure cancer but it slows some cancers growth.
