I missed the people, those I'd lost touch with when I was previously on, that's what made me want to come back

In terms of checking in all the the time and the like, I can take it or leave it and will probably leave it soon enough.

You may be surprised at how little you think about Fab when you've stepped back from it

Very true, over the years I've been active on several internet sites and forums, they're a diversion, nothing more, and when I tire of them and decide to leave, I rarely even give them a thought afterwards.

The key is balance, the internet only becomes a problem if it is interfering with your real life, your relationships or your mental health. If these are healthy to begin with, there won't be a problem.
