Fake profiles are rising.

Hi all we are on this awhile now and have been quite open with our pictures etc. In the last couple of weeks the amount of couple profiles and single women fakes we have uncovered is astounding. Lots of males posing as couples, and women.one guy tried to get us to verify him after chatting on kik.. It's getting more common..anyone else coming across this ?

This seems to be happening more and more. The best thing to do is block and report and eventually you will come across more genuine people

We have notice profiles up a year and more,active but no verifications or pictures up.we just block.

You can't report suspicion - unless you can show a picture is fake or a message contains something that incriminates themselves.

Frankly a profile on two months with only a webcam validation isn't much in the credibility stakes. Sadly that's the nature of this site and it's a constant. Fakes have always been part of Fabs due to its free nature. Fakes then try and convince as ten minutes effort brings their reward (likely private and face pics to wank to)

The only really reliable thing is to move from multiple recent meet validations to a fem fem phone call to a meet. Everything else (webcam validations, old validations, previous profile validations, hidden validations, single validations from obscure profiles) is simply too easy to fake.

It's definitely on the increase though in the last couple of months - I don't entertain chatting to anyone who isn't as a minimum photo verified - there is no reason why someone on for any length of time can't take 5 mins to get photo verified.

A crazy amount of guys pretending to be women with new fem profiles getting verified by meet within sometimes minutes of joining

Never found verifications that useful other than to indicate someone exists. I don't usually ask for or give veries...

Fakes all over the place and fake pics to beat the band. Even had a young guy using my pics recently.

Also easy to spot the fake verifications especially viewed by webcam.

Just part of life on fab.

As a newbie to thus site....I simply trot out the line if "no pic no play".....and without exception they disappear into the undergrowth. Someone posted up it only takes 5 mins to take a picture. Bloody right!

3months might be stretching it but I tend to agree on a time limit.can understand its difficult for guys to get verified.

From our point of view its couples we're looking to meet.its amazing the amount of couple profiles active but nothing to show.No pictures ,verifications and on a year or so .we value our privacy and dont live profiles like these creeping(word from the youth of today lol)and viewing the real people of fab.

And there is lots well verified profiles who have another few fake profiles and thy just verify self, hide it and delete old one but they still count as verified. Also how many fake profiles is site supporter...

The site are not going to delete profiles.

More profiles on the site is a selling point for them and adds to traffic and that means they can make more on advertising.

Just ignore anyone thats not meet verified or do a little research. Its easy to see the ones that are active and the ones that are not.

I've been swinging a fair while and it was so straight forward before.

MSN messenger, quick video chat, you are real... We like each other... Let's go or at least a phonecall!

I don't know why or how such a simple straightforward approach has died off particularly with modern technology

As ever... Less is more... Ignore them all

That's rather harsh...

Do you realise how difficult it is for your average single man to get verified? Unless you're handsome or charming, preferably both, getting verification is long, hard process...

I was once asked for 'payment' by a member of this site I met for a social drink, to be verified by her, because I wouldn't "get very far without one".

We have had quite a few messages recently from unverified accounts...we just advise them to at very least get fab photo verification before we chat any more. It's very disheartening and off putting when fake profiles are messaging genuine accounts. We once had someone on kik who was unverified on fab so asked could they send a short video clip of her waving to camera saying our names..and was told " that's very extreme and invading their privacy" lol

Invading their privacy...no probs getting the vajayjay and bangers out on fab..but won't show your face and wave to camera to give us assurances your real!!

That's what your up against.

The people who are genuine will understand and get a veri and return a mail when that's complete.

Been messaging couple of newbies asked for phone call between females and suddenly profile changed after getting verified by a social meet and didn't want anything more on first meet. Understandable but haven't used block button so much in last week fair play to single males who are genuine just mot our thing. Rant over happy fabbing.

Over the past 2 weeks, I've noticed the same female profile with 3 different names. Norms even clever enough to change the pics.

One of 3 things going on here.

1: 3 separate females with the very same jugs.

2: 3 separate females sharing hug photos.

3: I've seen so many jugs, they are all starting to look the same. (Hoping this isn't the case, I love boobs).

Just been chatting to a cuckold couple from cork.

I offered to meet him and his partner so i could verify them as real. Shat the course and came up with loads of excuses.

Any genuine person will meet even just to say hello if they really wanted to be taken seriously

There are two newbie ladies from limerick on this forum.. Both joined 3 weeks ago and both verified by a male that joined 3 weeks ago... Suspect yes. Both on another well known site with 40+ male friends and of course each other.. Just my two cents.
