Been off all alcohol for a month now, have to say I feel great, won't stay off much longer but has anyone else had an alcohol fast and found their mood is much better

I think moderation is the key, I never touch a drop during the week and will let the hair down the odd weekend here and there.

I know people who neck a bottle of red minimum every night and wonder how they function properly every morning - it would kill me

I luv a we drop of alcohol every so often but would never miss it . Could go for ages without it . Would not bodar me if I never had it .
