I fear for the human race

I thought it was bad when herbal essence had to put a warning to not shampoo your eyes but it gets worse.....apparently before the houses I'm working on are handed over have to be shown how to turn the lights on because if they fall in the house without lights on and weren't shown how to turn the lights on they will sue the housing association honestly where has all the common sense gone?

That's how the world's going.. Iv seen a guy put a claim in because he wasn't shown how to properly use a ladder and "injured his back"

Seen a guy abuse a checkout girl in a shop because the lid he put into his take away coffee was loose and destroyed and burnt him when he tried to drink it!

I wonder how some people don't forget how to breathe sometimes

There is way too much money given out for claiming. it's a big business and insurance companies profit from it ! More claims= hikes in insurance prices

More claims= people see insurance as a most out of fear !

The system is built to reward corruption and punish honesty

I used to work in customer service many years back I remember this guy came fuming because we sold him a "flawed" kettle, his wife grab the kettle after boiling (not by the handle)and she burned her hands!!! pretty fucking retarded if you ask me but what makes it worse is we have him what he wanted to shut him up

That is a potentially fatal thing. I almost drowned one night when a lady on the bed beside me squirted with no advance warning. It's no laughing matter, you know.

I still laugh at the story of the guy that bought a motorhome and drove out of sales place, onto the motorway put on the cruise control and got up and walked back into the back.

Obviously he crashed but successfully sued for a new motorhome on the grounds that the sales guy did not explain what cruise control was. Since when did other people become responsible for anothers level of intelligence or lack of!

I think it would greatly improve the human race if health and safety was done away with, then all the stupid people would die out from doing stupid stuff and stop polluting the gene pool,

I had a guy ask me one time (not Irish) what is this danger ale as he shows me an almost empty large bottle of ginger ale, I asked him where he got it and why did he drink it if he thought it said danger to which he replied it was on sale half price. I hope they have killer on half price somewhere and I will send him over.
