Im sure this has been brought up many a time before but...

What is it with certain guys on this site. No photo, feck all bio, claiming to be straight, messaging straight guys (without reading their profile that states what they are looking for) asking if they are looking for something different.

I feel sorry for ladies and couples on this site as I would say they are hounded by the likes of this. It annoys me greatly as it ruins it for genuine guys like myself (and plenty of others I see on the forum here I'm sure)

Sorry btw... I needed to rant that one out!

I totally get ya there and feel sorry for genuine people on here man.... its a mix of that and women looking for meets who turn out to be guys really, f$#k knows how desperate some people are to use fake profiles let alone pretend to be members of the opisite sex. Thankfully it hasnt happened me or that but ive heard stories.

It's awful really ay? I guess you have to be super diligent on vetting people before you meet them... I would block men from messaging but would be into mmf so just leave the option open in case of request etc. I just don't understand how they think they will get lucky from this lol

I do the same, but as many girls and couples here know, some guys just don't get the message. After their umpteenth desperate message begging for a meet, you're left with blocking as the only option.

Funnily enough, updating our profile yesterday so it now start with stating that we're not looking for new meets seemed to create a fresh wave of enthusiasm among the men of fab. Perhaps they like a challenge?

How would they ruin it for someone else? Surely after a while on here you get the drill and you can distinguish between ignorant messers and proper gentlemen. I'm sick and tired of hearing that 'some ruin it for the genuine ones'. I slowly develop an aversion to the word genuine btw. It's about giving the receivers some credit that they have a brain and gut feeling to recognise the badies from the yummies and stop whinging. Fab is what you make of it! Rant over

It's common courtesy to show face of some sort. If you have no pictures you have something to hide. As far as messages go... anyone can say anything and seem like a nice guy/girl. It's a site to meet people for sex... asking people to go solely on intuition is rediculous I think. Make your own choices and all... but trusting silhouette with no bio is all types of dangerous. That's all I'm saying. No harsh feeling meant here rant also over

OP I do agree with you as it's fucked up in that respect. I had to drop my filters yesterday for a guy to message me about something ( he's bi and had guys blocked), waited 30 mins returned to see I had 48 views, 41 from men, 5 messages from biguys, 3 asked in similar fashion if I wanted to earn a bit extra and give them a bj, the other two said how do I know if I'm straight if i hadn't tried and proceeded to tell me how nice it is being liberated.....you wonder why indeed. Filters went back up and had to get a woman to pass on the message.

It disturbs me to see you so upset Genuinely it does

But hey great news the far sighted gifted people that designed fab land put in place

message filters , you can filter out messages from

a whole sex ,

people with no photo ,

Non genuine people that can even be bothered to get photo verified ,

So maybe use them in future and save yourself from "Genuine" upset , now isn't that great
