Hi fabbers.

Quick question. Do single males not like getting/giving meet verification's? As in meeting a male at a social and chatting. It is something I have noticed and would like some opinions on.

I would have thought the opposite, they like them.

Tho maybe they don't want/give to other men in case the are thought of as gay/bi.

Yes I was thinking that also but if that is the case they need to grow up. Being able to go to a social and chat to everyone there is important. And a verification to show that should be valuable.

Absolutely.

In my mind a veri is just to say you turn up and look as you describe. Men can say that as easily as women

Funny enough, women don't mind being veri'd by women - and men like seeing that

It can send out mixed signals for those that 'assume'. Some have the guilty until proven innocent type mentality. Not that being bi or gay is a crime but I think you get what I mean.

I've a few guy verifications, they're party hosts or guys I met at parties. I don't have a problem with them as such but I'm always aware of those incorrect 'assumers' out there.

As _ilder pointed out above, some could assume more than was intended

I have a few from meet and greets but i find i get more mail from males when i get a new one.

I wouldnt veri loads of people that i had met socially unless i knew them reasonably well or had met them a few times

Would be afraid they might turn out to be an asshole and there was me giving them a veri.

We are all humans and I don't understand why people would discriminate against others and wouldn't accept verification from a social meet based on sexual preference or whatever other reason. It sounds very much retarded. We have XXI century for almost 2 decades now

You could start the veri like " now I'm not gay or into men but" or "I'd just like to verify the STRAIGHEST man I've ever met"

London

There are many couples/females who accuse men with verification from other men or tv/ts as dishonest closeted gay/bi.

That plus the scare-mongering (eg : we are not meeting guys with verification from or friends with other men/tv/ts).

Search the forum in the lounge and swingers room and you'll see why many men dont want to verify or get verified by other guys.

Pity.
