Start this quest yesterday again. That last time I tried this around 2 years ago I lasted two weeks.

I alway knew weekends were going to be harder. With no work, too much time on my hands. The most tempting time was during my shower (after reading stories).

I did find a tip from another site. When I feel like happing, think "it's all good for a few seconds, but really you've just been fucking yourself!". That seems to do the trick in turning me off.
