I know Ireland goes crazy for the 4 days in Summer when the sun comes out and most fry themselves. But down in Cork its amazing how strong its even compared to Southern Europe, burning is a matter of minutes, has our ozone layer disappeared or been sold off by Nama?

It is mid-summer after all OP, 10 minutes out in that and fair Celtic skins will burn, just the same as when I was a kid.

Nothing that decent sun protection wont fix. I cannot for the life of me understand why people literally fry! Premature skin aging, melanoma, other skin cancers and sunstroke are all up there along with the awful red blistered skin.

Funny thing is people think theyll "tan" quicker without sun screen. Fools is all ill say.

if i was with you the sun would always be shinning, looking fantastic... They say that it rains in Donegal for 360 days of the year,on the other days it's just light drizzle
