On day's like today, I really miss him, how I would have the perfect day planned out, all girls together, out under the sunshine, having a meal or at the beach, he was so patient, understanding, careing guy, and problem solver for anyone who came too him, he helped so many people, find jobs, I couldn't have asked for a better dad, his in our thoughts and prayers, forever,

Ok folks do ye have lovely memories of your dad's ye would like too share? either present or past, mark their memory by sharing yours,

A good man who showed us the right way but let us find our own path, who treats his Grandchildren like his own & who is still always available, day or night. He's the Daddy.

I learned all I know of hard work, family and love through the simple eloquence of his example.

Mine passed away 6 months ago. What a wonderful man he was, worked very hard all his life to ensure his big family had everything they wanted. He was always there for us when we needed him. Rip dad.

Mine was awesome. Was all about the family and would drop anything whenever he was needed so that we had help and support when we were in need of it. Best man I knew/know and a great friend too. Miss him every day still

Mine was a great character with a glint in his eye. Was never shy in supporting his kids and always had a laugh. Loved to catch him cry while watching a film.

Miss you Pops

My dad passed away when I was in my 20's and I still miss him to this day.

He was my go to guy when I was growing up. Always there for me, whether it be advice or money.

Love you dad x

My dad is an asshole, cheated on my mother repeatedly and treated her like dirt. Thankfully he lives abroad now so don't have to deal with him too often. My step dad is a fantastic amazing man who was more of a father to me than my own ever was. I also have a fantastic, amazing husband who is the best dad ever to our gorgeous daughter, I would be lost without him

Mine wasn't perfect but then who is? He did his best for me and worked hard to provide for his family. When I needed him he was always there no matter what.

My wonderful dad passed away when i was 17. He was the most gentle kind man ever. He never got to walk any of us down the aisle or see his grandchildren grow to be the lovely adults they are. Theres not a day goes by that i dont think of him and moss him terribly. Id give anything to spend just one day with him now.

My Daddy was the best, lived for his wife, kids and grandkids. Could turn his hand to any job. He passed suddenly when I was 29, worst day of my life . Love and miss him every single day. A true gentleman. Breaks my heart that my kids won't be able to look back with similar thoughts about their own waste of space father

My father is gone a year today, an absolute gentleman he was. brought up 5 of us on his own after mum passed away at a young age. Never wanted for anything and he would have gave done anything for us or his grandkids. Miss him so much but more so today, strive everyday to be half the man he was, but i know il never fill his shoes.
