"Wikipedia says we (as in humans) eat 3.2 billion frogs around the world every year " My word! Here was me thinking it was just 3 spiders everyone eats in their sleep at night during their lifetime! Didn't realise we were sleeping gourmets, as to be eating that many frogs, we must be eating them in our sleep as well Yes, I've had frogs legs, in France, as a bar snack. Quite like chicken and a bit salty but I'm sure that was to encourage more liquid refreshments. Not bad but not worth the effort, as not a lot of meat on them. The snails were better

"Is lapin not French for rabbit. I've not had that either, knowingly" Rabbit is delicious meat cooked properly over a low heat in a casserole... High in protein and low in fat..... However some still consider it "Famine Food" and wouldn't dream of eating it. I used to love it though.
