Hey!

Does anyone know if there's a big market for swinging clubs in Ireland? We totally would love to start one.

There's only a couple of them as far as I know in the country....have a go cos I'd imagine there's plenty of demand..

there would be yes . there was a bar wit upstairs night club near me and thinking would make perfect venue for club . open bar down stairs and private members club upstairs .

Id say its a pretty open market from what I know. Say your biggest problem would be insurance, etc

Quite honestly - because you're very new here, I don't think they will.

How friendly is your Credit Union?

Yep business plan. Partner has a degree in business and law so we're fine on that regards. Business plan has about 2-3 more weeks to go and all will be ready.

Can't walk up to a bank and ask them for a loan for a swingers club tho haha

Just set the venue up where you do not have cousins, just saying

You need plenty of private parking. Ideally not visible from the street as you may have among the make guest more lads who play off shore than that they are genuine swingers. So discretion is essential

And uphold a golden rule: you either run a business or you play , if you do both you will not last long

I'm not back on fab long but i get the impression that there is a very wide variety of people in the forums, some have to have either a financial or accounting background. Presentation is the name of the game. So a good business plan is a must. Shouldn't be too difficult to raise private money if its presented right.
