Super smooth private areas

Just wondering what people use to achieve this. If there are any tips or tricks.

I've tried using a razor which in fairness delivers a close shave but always end up with a skin rash along with bumps.

I've tried an epilator which resulted in a few cuts.

I've tried Veet. ONCE was enough.

My preferred method is an electric razor but also results in a few pimples or skin rash.

I've not done any waxing but would imagine it's a bit messy and time consuming.

What would you recommend is the best method to take going forward.

Maybe I'm not moisturizing enough? Shaving against the grain?

Surely someone out there has a few tips and tricks for a weekly garden groom.

D you definitely want to be smooth? (as it causes pimples etc). What about just trying a close trim?

Razor always works fine for me, although each skin type is different so ya couldn't just recommend one brand ,

Some Electric razors are good too

I used to get waxed regularly but found it time consuming so bought a waxing kit to DIY but it's still sitting in the cupboard gathering dust lol so now I use Veet regularly for an all over smoothness.

Exfoliation is very important as is moisturising after..

What happened when you tried Veet?

I got pimples like bumps from the razor. The electric razor is good and the shave is close enough but to get super smooth you need to stretch the skin which in turn results in bumps.

The Veet you say? Never ever ever will I put that on my body again. I had to wear a cold towel like a nappy for a good while afterwards. A total nightmare. Reminded me of spraying ralgex on my groin back in the day. The guys on here who played sports will know what I mean.

Similiar to veet but without the irritation, Nair sensitive hair removal cream, from all Dealz outlets. 5 minute job, no irritation great product, and 1.50 on the pocket.

I've that Nair has caused even more damage than veet

Different skin types I guess.

You could try using an exfoliating glove or mitt (deals or pennys)..but don't use it too soon after the hair has been removed .

Exfloiating mitts any chemist ... Use a tea tree scrub or body wash , wait until day after you shaved/hair removed and gentle rub the area stroking upwards towards the heart don't get confused with a wank ...pat the area dry and then moisturise

razor works for me! use a new one every time though, they blunt after 1 use and pull the hair which causes the irritation!

Veet or Nair are not for the feint heart, take a few hours to sit with your junk in an ice bucket if you're using those!

I'd never dream of turning up so unprepared.

But liquid latex would allow us the pleasure of application and removal.

I was just gonna post asking about this! I use a clippers to trim but it doesn't get it totally smooth.

Is it possible to shave balls with a razor? Because the skin is bumpy I always thought you would just cut yourself.

Personally I never felt comfortable doing that. I once got my balls caught in my fly at school. Way before Something About Mary. Long story but any cut in that area is bloody sore.

I normally just use the electric razor on the boys.

I stretch it out and it's always been fine.

It's also exciting. You never know if the blade's gotten dinged since you used it.

I've found that trimming it short before a shower and then using a conditioner when in the shower to help the razor glide over the desired areas works well and prevents and burns or cuts

Very difficult to get anywhere to do layering on a guy,

I favour waxing , if you can put up with the regrow that before the next session.

I get the BSC done and love it for 3 weeks, totally smooth

lasering even, have had that on legs and chest and face, best results on legs and chest, need to book in for a maintenance visit, but highly recommended
