"What I do for food nights sleep Anyone any tips on how to help sleep besides sex ???+ It would depend on what your sleeping patterns are?Do you work shift or 9 to 5?Various things work for different people.Have you tried aromatherapy oils?Self meditation,yoga,maybe reading or even going for a run/walk just before bed time.Otherwise some people suffer from anxiety and struggle to get some shut eye.My personal fav is a nice sensual oil massage with soft music playing.I happen to have fantastic 'healing hands',so if the other options dont work?then PM me if you need some help " Thanks | |||
