It would depend on what your sleeping patterns are?Do you work shift or 9 to 5?Various things work for different people.Have you tried aromatherapy oils?Self meditation,yoga,maybe reading or even going for a run/walk just before bed time.Otherwise some people suffer from anxiety and struggle to get some shut eye.My personal fav is a nice sensual oil massage with soft music playing.I happen to have fantastic 'healing hands',so if the other options dont work?then PM me if you need some help

Excercise each evening works for me, followed by some time in the sauna and jacuzzi. Knocks me out

A decent single malt works a treat for me. That or a case of Guinness!

If you get massage late in evening, you'll be very relaxed and likely great sleep.

If there's a happy ending provided, probably even deeper sleep

Try almond milk before going to bed ... lavender scenes calms down...

If this is a regular occurrence go get checked out could be your thyroid or hormones acting up... good luck ...

Get a copy of "Peaceful Sleep " by Jan Sadler. Great book, full of tips to quieten the brain. Good mental exercises and visualisation techniques
