Tramore sand dunes

Anyone try the dunes in Tramore for some daytime fun now that the sun has arrived? Used to be a favorite place when I was younger to meet people. Some nude sunbathing takes place well into the dunes.

people have been having fun down there for years, stumbled across people mid-session a good few times over the years.

I believe there is a naturist group that have on occasion used the dunes as a meet up spot too.

The Tramore sand dunes is a vast area , to reach it you drive into Tramore down to the end of the prom at public toilet end. The walk to the dunes is about twenty mi utes from carpark. The best area is where a cross erected to mark the site of a helicopter crash a few years ago. Lots of hollows and dunes to play in .
