How can you get verified when no one will take a chance on you everyone had to start somewhere

If you want to start somewhere, best start with making your profile complete and attractive to other, later photo verification, maybe a cam veri through a chat. Next, it's good to write smart messages to people you want to partner in crime with (a wee introduction to who you are and why you want to meet her/them etc).
