ladies whats your opinion on porridge

I know its coming into the summer months and with the warmer weather it can be hard to face it first thing in the morning but its very very good for you ,its nutritional valve is great low in fat sugar and salt and very very high in protein and its meant to be great for the skin ,look if you have read this far im just going to ask
