What do people think of girls with muscles? I'm not talking about body builders, just women that can lift a dumbbell. Ive heard negative comments that they're "manly" etc...

But I don't think there's a sexier site than a girl with a round ass and round shoulders...

Depends on the womaan it suits some and doesnt suit others but personaly i love a strong woman cant beat a fit woman but not into body builders

I just have naturally a strong built upper body and I'm not into weight lifting. It is just how it is and beside my big mouth, I'm a quite a gentle feminine person.

Lifting weights. Being toned. Doesn't have to be all muscley ( is that even a word??)

Stamina and strength are sexy on a woman.

Lifting dumbellls requires balance and strengthens the muscles quicker.

Let's not judge a lady who lifts or doesn't lift...

They are women and they judge themselves enough without us saying if they should lift or don't.

Health is the main goal for training not just astethics

I weight train 3-4 times a week and can lift heavy ( for a woman lol ) to achieve that bodybuilding physique a woman has to be really strict with her diet .. to an extreme .. and i love food to much to look like that lol
