Wasting precious sleep time..

Anyone else find themselves scrolling through Fab and other sites when they're in bed?

Could be sleeping but instead i do be wasting time looking at the same things over and over on this and other sites just refreshing the pages and before I know it it's 2 in the morning and I'm up at half 6!

I hope it's not just me

So you're aware, the light emitted by most phones/tablets cause us to stay awake longer also. I think some of the latest ones reduce this "blue light" so we don't get as affected by it. Not sure how good they are at reducing heat/stiffness in the groin region though. I suspect that is more of a manual task
