Chicken breast stuffed with garlic

Roast potatoes in goose fat

Veggies and gravy

Washed down with cider

Loads of chocolate of course

I'm having lamb steak, minted peas and green beans, buttered carrots, chunky homecut Rooster chips with sea-salt and rosemary, and profiteroles with a gooey choccy sauce for dessert... it was actually supposed to be last night's dinner for an overnight meet, but he blew me off late Friday night after I had already gone to the expense and effort of a touch-up waxing, shopping for food, etc.,
