Ok peeps so have chatted with the venue and got a call from a venue saying it's getting calls from people looking to book rooms for July 8th using an old ref name we used to use.please do not go booking rooms as it may be the wrong place.

Once we have room rates and a ref number people will have to ring and it can't be booked online as it will cost more or you may not get a room as we have it block booked now.

Please be patient with us and don't be jumping the gun as you may be disappointed.let us do our side of things first.we also ask that ye don't mention places or area of this meet and greet once ye do know where it's being held.
