"Was recently discussed and a few ladies did share why they didn't like it. Those against or those who felt offended were mostly strong feminist. Mostly felt they could do it themselves and didn't need the help. .. It came across mostly the feeling of i dont need the help I can do it just as easily myself. Which was sad as in the most the comments were about extending courtesy. I do it without even thinking. ...and i suddenly found myself thinking while reading comments that I need to start to think who is behind the face of the one I ooen the door too. I do it irrespective of gender without thinking.

"I like when a man opens/holds the door, i also hold the door It's just good manners " Yep this exactly Doesn't matter if it's male or female or who's holding the door for who, I think it's just common courtesy to hold it
