What does the "User no Longer on Site" sifnify? Might be an obvious question but indulge me

It's what it says. The user of the profile has deleted it.

If they have sent you an email or posted on the forums their username is replaced with "user no longer on site"

OK. I was wondering if it meant that I was blocked. So it is actually leaving the site. Thats a pity because it was looking promising
