Maybe instead of relying on verifications we should trust our own judgement. Fake profiles come and go...every day. Perhaps just the voice of a profile and/or our own inbuilt "radar" is a better guide to who is dare I say genuine and worth investing our time in and then just ignore those who we believe are fake with or without a profile, those who we instinctively feel either a connection with or it's complete absence or like in the real world those who can trust and those who are not worth our time.
Yeah we will get it wrong sometimes but that happens outside fab too... and sometimes no matter what we try it will never work but perhaps it better to try and fail rather than rely on technology to make our decisions for us...

"The people we meet are all either multi verified folks or people we have met at socials or events. We are both very distrustful of online profiles. If someone has a handful of verifications from other multi verified people then it's safe to assume that they are real (although obviously not safe to assume that they are appropriate for you) As a rule we won't reply to a message on here unless it's from at least a photo verified user. Photo verification to us is only proof of gender or at least proof that you are competent of faking the relevant photo.
