Good luck op, during the hard times over the next few weeks just think of the reason why you are giving up. Maybe start to exercise more regularly to add a distraction from the cigs

Went cold turkey 2.5 years ago. Never looked back. Good luck. Not easy. But worth it.

I'm currently 3 weeks into quitting, it's my third attempt at kickin them in the last year, I'm avoiding bars at the minute as that's been my downfall each time before.
