Especially as the majority dont reply with their face pics.. And will outright refuse unless they want to meet.

2 way street in my opinion. If you want a face pic as an opening message you should show your face out of fairness

I would agree in that I won't meet anyone without seeing a pic first. And I always send mine if we agree to swap.

But if someone just sends me one without any discussion I tend to ignore it... unless I'm interested

Why would you ask for something you dont want to do for others?

I don't just go by a persons looks. Attractiveness is a lot of things and personality is far more important than looks although looks do count to a degree. It would be much more appealing to spend a few hours with someone you could have a bit of banter with as well as good sex, rather than a really attractive person who had no personality.

I would say that's a given for most but when someone demands a face pic with the first message or the message is deleted that it appears to be unreasonable.

I normally would just ignore such a profile.
