Apparently a majority of women prefer the dad bod.Am I wasting my time working out when I could be down the pub every night and getting a kebab on the way home?

I workout simply for myself, to make me feel good in my clothes and out of them. An outcome of working out will sometimes lead to attention from opposite sex, but not the motivating factor for me to workout

Mature women are more of a sexual goddess than a younger lady...... no disrespect to any of the younger ladies on here but give me someone a bit more mature..... more mature in their outlook on life.....more mature in their life experiences.....more mature in their sexual experiences .......with all this brings, for me, an individual eminently more interesting than a younger person........ just an opinion.

Obviously a beach bod is good to look at, I don't mind if someone isn't ripped as long as they're not over weight and unhealthy. (Just my personal preference) but lately I have been finding that the single guys (not all hut ALOT) that have got a great bod think so highly of themselves that they think they're doing you a favour by sending a "what's up" message.

Also never train for someone else's benefit.... it's called health & Fitness so best doing what you enjoy and makes you happy
