Any plumber to help with blocked pipe n leakin ceiling

Money is tight, but hope there is some gentlemen out there that could help me out

Pop down to your plumbing supplies and get a metal slinky flexible pipe rodding kit €20. For basins, sinks and some baths, unscrew s/p traps underneath and feed slinky into pipe, wiggle and twist till it clears blockage. Hopefully, that will resolve leak too.
