So.. I'm a bit of a planner and love to think ahead to plan the finer details of everything to do with a meet....

A few hours of passionate bodies entangled will require a bit of a top up of snacks to keep the energy levels up. Whats your go to snacks for a mid session interval

Fruit, chocolate, jelly babies? As anything heavier may impact performance levels lol
