You could try zorclone but you might need a doctor for that.. other than that try some camoline calming tea before bed really puts you in a relaxed state of mind.. on top of that try some smoothing music before bed time tons of them on youtube and it does help if anyone cant sleep or over tierd .. best of luck

I read this tip online..you breathe in through the nose for 4 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds and then exhale for 8..you repeat a few times.. its supposed to relax you

That's a meditation breathing excercise

It's in for 4,hold for 4,exhale for 4 and relax for 4 and repeat. For sleep or relaxing works every time.

Don't go to bed unless you are very sleepy, and I suppose all the previous advice bout reading, meditation, breathing exercises are important. Also no napping and no big meals before bed time. If all this is not working then you might need something like an antihistamine to kickstart things.

It was almost that bizarre in reality, and I apologise for taking the thread off topic. For some reason whenever he smoked a bit of he lost the run of himself and he would follow it up by giving up all his medication. This would lead to what he saw as moments of great clarity and he'd briefly end up on a high. The crash was always spectacular though and the last one was horrible to see. Homeless, living on the streets with a family, all worldly possessions gone. They've got back off the ground now though and all is going well so far...

Its like any drug. Some agree with us some don't. Most of us don't take as long finding out which ones do what to us. Sounds like your friend took longer than others to work out which is which. Good to hear things are going in the right direction. Long may it continue.

1. Headspace App

2. No TV or laptop in bedroom

3. If you using a smartphoneor laptop while in bed install an App called Flux or twilight this is something you set up to stop blue lights emanating. This light is the rays are eyes take in and give our brain a sense that it is daylight so keeps working.

4. Stay out of bed or your bedroom till you ready to go round sleep
