Just been to a place where dogging takes place at night the temperature in the car shows +2 it feels more like -3 with the wind chill

Not a chance of going when light goes down its cold.

Isn't it funny how people always seem to ask for dogging meets on the nights nobody in their right mind would dream of going out.

Then complain when nobody wants to meet them.

It's like they know it won't happen, but want to appear up for it.

They'd probably be a no-show if they got the go ahead.
