For me its a sunny morning..i miss those spring/summer mornings when ye smile at the sunshine. Then every morning, i ask my 10 year old a question. Her reply is "bless myself, give mammy a kiss,watch the cars on the road and have a nice day"

Now for me, that means everything. I could tell you lots of special moments from fab. If ye post another thread about fab moments, ill rat them all out!!

I made french onion soup this week. Made the stock from scratch, carmelised the onions. Gruyere cheese, so so good.
