Smart watches are useful but Apple are generally too over priced for their products imo...

I like the fact that I can glance at watch to see text and mails in meetings which is not as notable as taking phone out...

I find they add to stress levels when under pressure in work.You can leave your phone in your bag for half an hour but that watch just keeps flashing!!!

I got one as present to myself at Christmas . As one poster said it's great way to monitor mails and messages while you're at meetings without having to take out phone . Also I find the fitness stuff great really makes you look at how active or in my case inactive you are during day gets me to get up off my ass and move . I'd recommend but I'm an Apple Geek .
