It stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response.

Basically it's the tingly feeling you get, usually on the back of your head/neck when you're really relaxed.

You should search it on youtube and just watch a few videos and see for yourself.

Yes it is really weird, especially the first time you watch a video. You're thinking what on earth am I watching. But after a while I found they did really relax me, and it is a lovely feeling!

Well there are so many people making them these days and so many variations of videos that it's all down to personal preference!

My personal favourites are Cranial Nerve Exam/Eye Exam videos. They never fail to relax me
