"Have a decent breakfast in the morning that releases energy slowly...porridge with milk..toast and some fresh fruit is ideal. The core temperature in the body drops because of loss of energy, which produces melatonin, the chemical that signals the brain for sleep mode. Eat a light healthy lunch with turkey breast or eggs. Peanut butter, wholewheat crackers or nuts mid afternoon is also great to boost your energy levels." Now there is a lady who knows her stuff... i salute you

"Skipping meals is a very bad idea, your blood sugar will dip, causing fatigue. Also, if you consume a lot of caffeine, it can affect your adrenals, this can lead to chronic exhaustion." Is there any 1 way to identify chronic exhaustion?! Or the most effective way to treat it?!

" It's worth seeing a doctor to rule out any medical condition that might be a factor, but otherwise it's a question of pursuing a balanced, healthy lifestyle and eliminating or reducing aggravating factors. Work or personal stresses can contribute to feelings of exhaustion too. Stress causes us to produce cortisol, constantly elevated levels will burn you out.
