....for the first time in a month and it makes for some depressing reading

I knew I'd be letting loose for most of December but man, it's amazing how much weight the human body can put on in a month.

Well, at least I have my motivation now. One last big dinner today with the family and back on track from tomorrow

I've put the scales in the shed since early December.

My jeans are screaming "no more Christmas goodies", but my leggings are like ''we got you guuurrrrll''

Back to work Wednesday, I'll stop then

Stay off the scales for a start , the naughty step should be about how your body looks not how much you weigh

I've not stepped on the scale today but will tomorrow. Did a big shop yesterday and will get rid of the crap from the house today. Big dinner today and then it's back on track tomorrow. Looking forward to getting back into a routine

Scales lie after Christmas. ....it's to do with gravitational forces caused by santa whizzing around the planet on Christmas Eve. ...that's my theory anyway

I think I might have lost weight this Christmas, did the same last year as well.

Not pleasant, you should all be glad you put on weight to be honest.
