Great ideas that probably won't be realised

So I had an epiphany just now getting ready for the Connacht v Munster game. I was getting some crackers and cheese. So I had the crackers on the plate and turned to get the cheese and wooosh crackers hit the floor and disintegrated.

So after running outside looking for a neighbours dog to kick and not finding one I thought to myself. How many crackers have been lost in this way? How much heart break and sore dogs would the "high friction cracker" save?

Anyone else got any brilliant ideas that will maybe never come to pass?
