Went back to College a few weeks ago not full time but on the night before college I can never sleep . Grrrr

I know the feeling, i have trouble sleeping too at times with millions of things rushing around in my head.

Try listening to The Honest Guys on youtube. They do guided sleep talk downs and might help you relax. Ive found them very good when im tense. I hope this helps you nod off into a peaceful sleep.
