Shyness for me probably. Hard to explain in a way but for me moaning when I am with some is a way of expressing a pretty raw emotion. That makes me feel more vulnerable and thus, self-conscious. Attention generally makes me feel slightly uncomfortable anyway!

I can understand when one doesn't let go on a first meet, but when you know someone you feel really comfy with, then you're hopefully able to let completely go because sex only gets better when you let the hair down!

I listened to a podcast where they discussed real life sex noises in relation to porn. A study found that women are generally quite a bit quieter than in porn movies (shocker). It also found that couples with kids are also quieter. Singles who lived alone (away from mammy and daddy), and were living alone for a period of years, were the noisiest in general.
