Ibuprofen based pain relief to ease the pain and inflammation. Clean it 5/6 times a day with sterile water. Wear a sports bra in bed at night and a padded bra during the day to give you protection until it heals.

I've used pure teetree oil on a cotton bud on other piercings before to help them heal faster, and as other's have said keep it clean and dry and don't wear clothing that will irritate it such as lace bras etc

Warm water add some salt in a glass place over you're nipple and give it a good clean or the nipple bar might be too small may need slighter longer one to allow it to move

As others have mentioned keep it as clean as possible, also rotate the bar as often as you can, clean the bar with a sterile cotton bud, it'll take about 3/5 weeks to heal so that the bar can be moved without hurting, mine healed in 3. Best of luck OP

How freshly pierced?

Mine were fine after an hour. If it still bothering you, perhaps the bar is too small and it is pinching.

Clean every hour with saline and a cotton bud. Breast pads (I think they're called) lol will stop some friction
