You dont have to be .. just some ppl may have filters on for non photo veried

The pic used for photo verification is always hidden. It's the green flag he should be looking for.

Yeah you do. I had to before I could gain access last week when joining! But don't understand that as plenty of new profiles haven't done it.

That can happen if you're setting up a profile and have been a member before and haven't cleared your cache.

I'm never on here on my phone (would be a miracle if I was as it doesn't even have a camera let alone internet). I joined on my laptop - or may have been a desktop at the time

You must be either photo verified OR have that magical tick to comment on the forums.

Anyone can view them, even non members of the site

The one who is insisting he had to give a photo when he joined - doesn't have the green flag. So he isn't photo verified - which means he didn't have to provide a pic when he joined? If he had of sent in a photo - the site would have given him the flag. Right?
