It worked...my time machine worked

I'm looking forward to the developments over the next few months though. I have doubts over Avery but poor Brendan, it's horrible what's gone on with him

What's more frustrating is that a judge ordered his release months ago and he's still in jail because the county are appealing the decision

Ha you've definitely been living in a box the last year bear in mind that this happened a number of years ago both Avery and Dassey have been making a number of appeals.

Dassey's conviction was overturned on appeal based on the confession being inadmissible as it was deemed to be coerced based on the fact he was a minor, had no legal counsel at the time, was of low intelligence with learning disabilities and was made promises in order to get the answers that they wanted. They also threw out the written confession from when his first lawyer coerced a confession.

The judge ordered that he be released within 30 days unless the county ordered a retrial of the case. They failed to do that so the judge ordered his release.

The county then appealed the judges ruling and requested an injunction preventing Dassey's release citing that he poses a threat to the public.

That is due to be reviewed in the coming weeks.

Avery is in the middle of his appeal and the court has just granted retesting of DNA evidence

Honestly I don't think he's intelligent enough to clean the supposed murder scene so clean that nothing only a bullet with a tiny bit of dna was found in the garage, nothing in the bedroom nothing where she was supposedly tied up raped her and her throat slit, nothing in the office, on it but was stupid enough to hide the car under a few bushes...

I'm convinced he was framed...

My guess is Brendans father, or his mother's partner...
