MDG, I'm guilty for longer and I know I'm a monster, so not for everyone. Anyhow 3 hours is just a guide and everyone needs a small break for a sip of water. Also loads confuse shagging with pounding, which in fact is only one variation of it.

Instead of definitions I got a lot lamenting over the three hours, which of course stem from my profile however I never said anything below isn't stamina. I never put a time scale to it. I think Stamina in a meet is more a factor of the sexual chemistry between the couple (or group) than physical or sexual prowess.
