Evening lovelies

I dont know about the rest of you but I find these dark days/evenings very depressing,all that's cheering me up is the thoughts of the big red man coming to visit

I know Xmas is not everyone's cup of tea so what do you plan on doing to banish those winter blues until the blue skies come back out again

Widely available in the UK, Maybe Amazon, IKEA? Look for a 5000-6500k indicator on the packaging.

Light boxes too should help if you actually suffer from it. Most only have them for bedroom but can have then everywhere

Is there an opposite of SAD?

As much as I love summer - warm weather, happy people. I also love closing the curtains, shutting the world out and sitting in the warm
