I have a terrible hangover this morning, after nite out with family & friends, feel like i've been rolled over by a truck,

Any good cures for it?, be gladly appreciated,

For now yah, i think it's safer, stay off the road now, too go too any sauna, lol, i might not be alert, but gardai would.

Maybe some pain relief, sleep and water like candy said.

And a big dirty Chinese takeaway is always nice too.

You ever get that when you fire down a few Nurofen & 15 minutes later they make you sick so now you've got a worse headache, a sore tummy & hunger's Mother kicking in the door? FML.

Flat Coke settles the stomach quite quickly.... used for Delhi belly too. ... quickest thing while travelling as it's available almost in any store.

Coke isn't actually ideal for a hangover. The caffiene in will just dehydrate you more. 7up is better but anything with sugar in it will do, that the only purpose of it.

Exercise is the only thing that I find will properly cure it and make me feel normal again.

Actually the caffeine opens up the blood vessels and allows the medication or whatever else is used to flow through quicker to offending area. I also experienced flat being used by a friend as a drip to keep fluids going to save a life......

Fluids.. all day. Coke, lucozade, 7up and my favourite hangover cure, soup. hotcup of oxtail soup with about 3 slices of bread dipped in. I bring hotcups on holidays with me!!
